What to review in each field
Currency
The supported UK display key produces GBP amounts. Changing currency formatting does not convert prices.
Period
The notes specify 1–30 September 2026. Match the period to the actual agreement and work records.
Included and extra hours
The package includes 20 hours; six extra hours are separate. The rates are fictional, not market-rate recommendations.
Travel and tax
The example includes travel in the subtotal and applies one 20% adjustment to it. Review the actual expense and VAT treatment; the example does not settle it.
Terms
Payment timing must come from the actual agreement and applicable rules, not an assumed monthly billing convention.
Replace all sample identities, references, dates, prices and wording. These examples omit contact and tax identifiers and are not complete statutory documents. Review GST field limits, rent receipt requirements and HRA context or proforma preparation limits where relevant.
Guest drafts are browser-local. Keep independent copies and review the storage and sharing explanation before sharing pricing or personal details.
