What to review in each field
Item quantities
Each line uses quantity 4 and its own unit rate. Compare the line amounts with the actual order and delivery evidence.
Tax input
18% of the INR 230,400 subtotal is INR 41,472, giving INR 271,872. This only demonstrates arithmetic; establish the applicable rate and taxable basis separately.
Tax heads and fields
The general editor cannot produce a complete structured GST document merely by writing tax heads or codes in notes.
Identifiers
Supplier/customer tax identifiers and real addresses are omitted deliberately. Do not issue this sample as a tax invoice.
Terms
No automatic interest, returns policy or customer approval is assumed. Review the required document and agreed conditions separately.
Replace all sample identities, references, dates, prices and wording. These examples omit contact and tax identifiers and are not complete statutory documents. Review GST field limits, rent receipt requirements and HRA context or proforma preparation limits where relevant.
Guest drafts are browser-local. Keep independent copies and review the storage and sharing explanation before sharing pricing or personal details.
