Reference

EXAMPLE-DESIGN-001 identifies this public sample, not a valid number in your own register. Replace it before issue.

Fixed fee and hours

The project fee is one item; six additional hours at USD 95 are another. Confirm that overage was agreed before billing it.

Stock asset charge

The USD 120 price is a fictional scenario. Keep the licence and cost evidence and check how the actual charge should be treated.

Scope

The notes identify included revisions. They describe the scenario, not a guarantee against a scope dispute.

Payment terms

The sample asks for separately agreed payment terms. A template or example does not create customer agreement.

Replace all sample identities, references, dates, prices and wording. These examples omit contact and tax identifiers and are not complete statutory documents. Review GST field limits, rent receipt requirements and HRA context or proforma preparation limits where relevant.

Guest drafts are browser-local. Keep independent copies and review the storage and sharing explanation before sharing pricing or personal details.
