What to review in each field
Document mode
RECEIPT and Received From describe a received-payment record, rather than an invoice asking for rent.
Period and date
September is the period covered; 2 October is the sample payment/receipt date. Do not treat those as interchangeable.
Amount received
The amount is INR 15,000 in the fictional scenario. Do not use a full-rent receipt if only part of that amount arrived.
Identifiers and approval
No landlord PAN or signature is supplied. The editor neither verifies an identifier nor records landlord approval; review the applicable employer process separately.
Tax
No tax is selected for illustration. This is not a rental-tax exemption or HRA decision.
Replace all sample identities, references, dates, prices and wording. These examples omit contact and tax identifiers and are not complete statutory documents. Review GST field limits, rent receipt requirements and HRA context or proforma preparation limits where relevant.
Guest drafts are browser-local. Keep independent copies and review the storage and sharing explanation before sharing pricing or personal details.
