What to review in each field
Document heading
The actual heading is QUOTE. Use a suitable tool if the buyer needs a document explicitly titled Proforma Invoice.
Validity
The fixed date in notes is illustrative and not enforced by the editor. Replace it with the actual proposed validity.
Delivery arrangements
No Incoterm is assumed. Agree any delivery term, named place and responsibilities separately.
Shipping
The USD 1,850 shipping charge is fictional and separate from items. Review actual charges and their tax treatment.
Payment
The proposal neither prescribes a deposit nor confirms money received. Confirm the correct document and agreed terms before use.
